Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may mean that your treatment time needs to be shortened, or in some circumstances, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you may be required to pay a fee or provide a deposit before booking again.
Patch Tests
A patch test may be required before certain treatments. Please ensure this is completed within the required timeframe before your appointment. If a patch test is required and has not been completed, your treatment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Treatment Results
Everyone's lashes and brows are different, so results can vary from person to person. While every effort is made to achieve your desired result, the final outcome will depend on your natural hair, previous treatments and aftercare.
Children & Guests
Please avoid bringing additional guests or children to your appointment unless agreed beforehand, as this can affect the treatment environment.
